Medicinal plant research facility with public gardens and gallery space. Contains four artificial environments to display North America's major climate zones.Critiques:

The environmental controls are not visible in the plans but the environment in each area are maintained through numerous systems working together. Mainly glass panels are remotely operated to vent or hold atmosphere when needed. additionally there are several small machines hung form the ceilings in each room that add moisture, circulate air, and control temperature.
